Our process at 7 Homes Cooperative Living is built on a simple belief: the personal, physical, and spiritual well-being of every resident comes first. We use a team-based, interdisciplinary approach to provide safe, affordable, all-inclusive cooperative housing that supports stability, dignity, and long-term success. By partnering with trusted local and state nonprofits, as well as government and community agencies, we create coordinated housing solutions designed to meet real needs in our community.

Application and Screening Process

Unlike providers who rely only on a strict checklist, we use a holistic screening process that looks at the whole person. Many of our residents come to us through referrals from doctors, nurses, case managers, social workers, nonprofit partners, or family members. This referral-based approach helps our team better understand each applicant’s situation, support needs, and fit so we can place residents in an environment where they can thrive.

We believe stable housing is a foundational necessity that creates positive change for individuals, families, and communities. That’s why we provide affordable cooperative living environments that are clean, structured, and supportive—helping residents build confidence, strengthen life skills, and move forward with greater independence and purpose.
